Frequently asked questions
Is it scary?
Yes, Haunts for Hunger is made to scare people, while making sure everyone is having fun. Our spooky time, is still a little scary, but much less intense. Adults, teenagers, and kids will have fun and be scared. We hand create every scene in the haunted house and many props are made on site. We take pride in creating scenes and effects that will disorient and scare you, while having fun.
How scary?
Not many people will go inside alone.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, no.
How much does it cost?
It's free. But, we suggest you bring a food donation.
How old do you have to be?
We do not suggest anyone under 7 to go for the scary part. But, we have seen many very young kids enjoy it when accompanied by a parent.
How many people can go in at a time?
For the best experience, we suggest that groups are no larger than 4. However, we will only split you up if we need to ensure the safety of the experience. There are many tight turns and narrow passages that we don't want damaged due to a large group. There will sometimes be a 5-10 minute wait to enter the haunted house. Each group is separated by 30 seconds to 1 minutes in order for each group to feel as alone as possible throughout the haunted house. It's pretty spooky....
